ADDENDUM TO ESCROW AGREEMENT
(Express CFA, CFA 25-0082, CPN 106126)
THIS ADDENDUM TO ESCROWAGREEMENT (this “Addendum”) is incorporated into and
made a part of that certain Escrow Agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between HPIMF Bonds Land
MF1 DFW005 LP (“Developer”), the City of Fort Worth, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation
(“Fort Worth”) and Heritage Title Company of Austin, Inc. (“Escrow Agent”), pertaining to that certain
Community Facilities Agreement between Developer and Fort Worth for Bonds Ranch Multifamily
Express CFA, CFA Number 25-0082, City Project Number 106126, IPRC Number 25-0020.
Developer, Fort Worth and Escrow Agent hereby agree that email is an acceptable additional
method of delivering notices to a party under the Agreement. Any email notice shall be sent to such
party at its email address set forth below and shall be effective upon successful transmission.

In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Addendum and those contained in the
Agreement, the terms of this Addendum shall govern and control.

ACCORDINGLY, the City of Fort Worth, Developer and Escrow Agent have each caused this
instrument to be executed in each entity’s respective name by its duly authorized signatories
effective as of the date executed by the City Manager or his/her designee.
