Beginning at a point in the west line of County .Road No.
1002, said point being also in the present city limits and
the northeast corner of Block 21, Greenbriar Addition to the
City of Fort Worth;
Thence north 65 degrees 12 minutes east a distance of
55.05 feet;
Thence north J7 degrees 47 minutes east a distance of
95.16 feet;
Thence north 77 degrees 04 minutes east a distance of
982.80 feet;
Thence north 75 degrees 19 minutes east to the present
city limits, a distance of 237.22 feet;
Thence 300 feet from and parallel to old Highway 81 and
along the present city limits north 48 degrees 42 minutes west
to the beginning of a curve to the right;
Thence along said curve to the west line of Counter Road
No. 1002;
Thence south 0 degrees 15 minutes west along the west line
of County Road No. 1002 to the point of beginning, and contain-
ing approximately 22 acres.
SECTION 2.
That this ordinance shall be published one time in the Fort Worth
Star -Telegram, a daily newspaper published in the City of Fort Worth, in ac-
cordance with the provisions of Section 40, Chapter XXVIII of the City Charter.
SECTION 3.
That this ordinance shall become effective and be in full force and
effect upon its final passage, which in no event shall be less than thirty
(30) days from the date of its publication as aforesaid, and it is so ordained.
