Site plan waived. (13140-13400 Block of South Pipeline Road) SECTION 2. That this ordinance corrects Ordinance No. 15385 with regard to Case Na. ZC-02- 277, an1y. A11 other provisions of Ordinance Na. 15385 sha11 remain in effect without amendment. SECTION 3. That the zoning regulations and districts, as herein established, have been made in accordance with the comprehensive plan far the purpose of promoting the health, safety, morals and general ~` ~ l fare of the community. SECTICJN 4. That this ordinance shall be cumulative of all other ordinances of the City of Fort Worth affecting coning and shall not repeal any of the provisions of such ordinances, except in those instances where provisions of such ordinances are in direct conflict with the provisions of this ordinance. SECTIQN 5. That all rights or remedies of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, are expressly saved as to any and all violations of Qrdinance No. 13896 or of any amendments thereto that have accrued at the time of the effective date of this ordinance; and as to such accrued violations, and all pending litigation, both civil or criminal, same sha11 not be affected by this ordinance but may be prosecuted until final disposition by the courts. SECTIQN 6. That any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not more than Two Th~~usand Dollars ($2000.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 8. That the City Secretary of the City of Fort Worth, Texas is hereby directed to publish this ordinance for two (2) days in the official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, as authorized by ~.T.C.A. Local Government Code Subsection 52.013. SECTION 9. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and publication as required by law. DlscusslflN: On December 17, 2002, the City Council considered a request to rezone property in the 13104-13400 block of South Pipeline Road from "E" Neighborhood Commerial, "FR" General Commercial Restricted and "1" Light Industrial to "A-5" One-Family in Case Pla. ZC-02-277. The City Council approved the request, as amended. The City Council approved "PD/A-5" Planned Development for all uses in "A-5" with structures limited to one story, site plan waived, for a portion of the property and "A-5" far the remainder of the property. However, Ordinance No. 15385 erroneously reflected that the entire parcel was zoned "A-5." The attached ordinance correctly reflects the City Council's decision.
