2. Authorize the city Manager to execute a contract
with the Greenway Neighborhood Development
Corporation upon attainment of the 501(c)(3) status
to administer the neighborhood minor home repair
program; and
3. Authorize the City Manager to amend the contract, if
necessary, to achieve project goals provided that the
amendment is compatible with the neighborhood
revitalization strategy and in compliance with
applicable laws and regulations.
Mayor Pro tempore McCloud made a motion, seconded by
Council Member Davis, that the recommendation be
adopted. The motion carried unanimously.
Council Member Davis recognized members of the
Greenway Neighborhood Association in attendance and
thanked them for their work in the community.

Deloitte & Touche city Council:
1. Adopt Appropriation Ordinance No. 14288
appropriating $11 0,200.00 in the General Fund and
decreasing the unreserved, undesignated General
Fund balance by the same amount for the purpose of
providing funding for a contract with Deloitte &
Touche for Governmental Accounting Standards
Board Statement No. 34 (GASB 34) consulting
services; and
2. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract
with Deloitte & Touche to provide Government
Accounting Standards Board Statement No. 34
consulting services for fees not to exceed
$110,200.00.
Council Member Wentworth made a motion, seconded by
Council Member Davis, that the recommendation be
adopted. The motion carried unanimously.
