PRIVATE PROPERTY TOWING AND INIPOUND AGREEMENT
FOR THE WILL ROGERS MEMORIAL CENTER
This SECOND RE E L OF CITY SECRETARY O CT NO', 42730
("Sec nd Renewal") "is rnade and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH,a
home-rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas ("City"'), acting and through its duly
authorized Assistant City Manager, and SERVICE, INC. ("Company"),
acting by and through is duty authorized President.

Memorial Center
WHEREAS,, the primary, term of the Agreement was for one year, beginning on January

additional ore-year periods upon written mutual consent of the Parties; an

2013; and

year on the same terms and conditions.,
NOW, THE E FO , in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the
parties hereto do hereby,agree s follows.
The City and Company Hereby agree to renew and extend Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 42730 on the same terms and conditions for a one-year renewal a 'period, to
be effective ors the dory January 2014 and expire on the last day of December 2014
("Second Rey al Term").

and effect during the Second Renewal Term unless specifically amended herein.,
