REED Doug Corder and Glenn Walls , Trustees, have requested the City to vacate
an east-west utility easement 10 feet in width and 120 feet in length
ing
along the common 16t line between Lots AR-1 and AR-2, Block 2, College
Heights Addition, as shown on the attached map. The subject easement is
not needed in its present location.
City departments and private utility companies have reviewed this request
and have no objection to this vacation, provided the applicant replats
and furnishes any necessary utility easements .
The City Plan Commission has reviewed this request and recommends adoption
of an ordinance vacating the utility easement as requested, subject to the
conditions recommended above by the City departments and private utility
companies. The applicant has submitted a replat which incorporates the
conditions requested by the City Plan Commission.
Recommendation
It is recommended that an ordinance be adopted vacating subject easement
as recommended by the City Plan Commission.
