A. Call to Order
After proper notice given pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, with a quorum of the City
Council Membet•s present, Mayor Parlcer called the Closed Executive Session Meeting to order at
12:02 p.m. on Tuesday, August 19, 2024, in the City Council Work Session Room of the Foi�t
Worth City Hall to discuss matteis pertaining to the following:
B. The City Council will conduct a closed meeting in order to discuss matteis permitted by
the following sections of Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code:

To seelc the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation, settlement offers, or
any matter in which the duty of the attorney to the City Council under the Texas Disciplinary
Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Texas Open
Meetings Act. [Tex. Govt Code §551.071]:
a. Legal issues concerning Zoning Case ZC-25-069;

b. Legal issues related to the May 5, 2025, pipeline break near Village Creek;
Discussion occurred.
c. Legal issues related to Urban Forestry Civil Penalty Appeal for 3300 Raider Drive and
11035 Mosier Valley Road;

d. Legal issues related to the Commercial and Residential Board of Adjustments; and
Discussion occurred.
e. Legal issues concerning any item listed on today's posted City Council Agendas.

Deliberate the purchase, sale, lease or value of real property where deliberation in an open
lneeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the City in negotiations with a third
