HomeMy WebLinkAboutContract 64039-A1Docusign Envelope ID: D9C42A44-0D8A-4653-8AFA-2FB478666C84 CSC No. 64039-Al TO: FROM: TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AIRPORT PROJECT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (Federally Assisted Airport Development Grant) TxDOT Project No.: 2502SPNKS Commission Approval: March 27,2025 IIJA Funds Applied: FY 22 and 23 UEI: ENS6MKS1ZL18 ALN: 20.106 Amendment No. 01 to the Agreement Part I -Identification of the Project City of Fort Worth, Texas The State of Texas, acting through the Texas Department of Transportation City of Fort Worth, Texas, hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor," and the Texas Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as the "State," have entered into an Airport Project Participation Agreement TxDOT CSJ Number 2502SPNKS, executed by the Sponsor on September 25, 2025, and by the State on September 25, 2025, for the development of Fort Worth Spinks Airport, hereinafter referred to as the "Airport". The project is described as follows: construct a new service road to provide designated personnel and vehicles accessing airport operations areas with an alternate path to bring the airport into conformity with current standards at Fort Worth Spinks Airport. It is in the mutual interest of the Sponsor and the State to correction the period of performance language. Part II -Offer of Financial Assistance, estimates total project costs to be $264,485; and financial assistance is currently limited to $251,260 in federal funds and $13,225 in local sponsor funds. The following amendment to the Airport Project Participation Agreement shall become effective upon execution of this Amendment by the Sponsor and the State. The Airport Project Participation Agreement is amended as follows: Page 1 of3 Docusign Envelope ID: D9C42A44-0D8A-4653-8AFA-2FB478666C84 On Part II, Item No. 8 should read: The period of performance shall commence on the date the State executes this agreement. The end date of the period of performance is four years from the date of execution of the state. If the FAA grant closes before all expenses are requested. the Sponsor is responsible for all costs. The FAA grant will be closed on September 17, 2029. All other terms and conditions of the agreement are unchanged and remain in full force and effect.
