DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this Mayor and Council Communication (M&C) is to perform a series of funding swaps to expend legacy transportation impact fees
from service areas T and U in projects that have been previously completed or are substantially complete. Staff has identified eligible projects
funded with PayGo and Stormwater Revenue Bonds into which will be appropriated in the transportation impact fee legacy and transportation
impact fee capital funds, malting PayGo funds available that will be appropriated in future M&C's.
Authorization of these funding swaps will resolve all outstanding Transportation Impact Fee Capital Legacy Fund due to expire in Fiscal Year 25.
