CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 62090
A COOPERATIVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND BIG TRUCK RENTAL, LLC
This First Amendment to City Secretary Contract Number 62090 (“First
Amendment and First Renewal”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort
Worth ("City"), a home rule municipality and Big Truck Rental, LLC., (“Vendor”), a Florida
limited liability company, acting by and through its duty authorized representative. Buyer and
Vendor may be referred to individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
WHEREAS, on September 18, 2018, Vendor entered into that certain cooperative
purchase agreement known as Omnia Partners Cooperative Agreement 2019000319 (“Underlying
Cooperative Agreement”) with OMNIA Partners (“Omnia”); and
WHEREAS, on June 6, 2025, Vendor and Omnia extended the term of the Underlying
Cooperative Agreement to expire on October 31, 2027; and
WHEREAS,on October 8, 2024, the City and Vendor entered into a cooperative purchase
agreement for Vendor to provide City with Equipment Rentals, Related Products, and Services,
City Secretary Contract 62090 (“Agreement”); and
WHEREAS, the City and Vendor desire toamend the Agreement to include renewal terms
and renew the Agreement for an additional one-year period; and
NOW THEREFORE, City and Vendor acting herein by and through their duly authorized
representatives agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
I.
AMENDMENT
The fifth paragraph on the first page of the Agreement is hereby repealed and replaced to
be and as set forth below:
The term of this Agreement is effective beginning on the date signed by the Assistant City
Manager below (“Effective Date”) and expires on October 31, 2025. The parties may, upon mutual
written consent, renew this Agreement under the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) one-
year renewal option(s) (each a “Renewal Term”).
II.
RENEWAL
The parties agree to renew the Agreement for the first renewal term (“First Renewal
Term”), which shall begin on November 1, 2025 and shall end on October 31, 2026, unless
terminated earlier in accordance with the Agreement.
III.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect.
IV.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an
original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy or
computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall have the
same effect as an original.
