FOURTH RENEWAL AND FIFTH AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 55169
This Fourth Renewal and Fifth Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No.
55169 ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Watch Systems, LLC ("Vendor"), a Texas
limited liability company acting by and through its duly authorized representative, and City of
Fort Worth ("City"), a Texas home-rule municipal corporation acting by and through its duly
authorized Assistant City Manager, each individually referred as a "Party" and collectively as the
"Parties."
WHEREAS, the Parties entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 55169 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Parties agree to amend the Agreement by replacing Exhibit A with an
updated Exhibit A to reflect updated pricing to be effective during the Fourth Renewal Term; and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the Parties to renew the agreement for the fourth
renewal option (the "Fourth Renewal Term").
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Vendor do hereby agree to the following:
I.
RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT
The Agreement, as previously amended, is hereby renewed for an additional renewal term
(the "Fourth Renewal Term") commencing on November 18, 2025, and ending on
November 17, 2026, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Agreement.
II.
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is made a part of this
Agreement for all purposes, replacing the previous Exhibit A.
III.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of Agreement, as previously amended, which are not expressly
amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.

IV.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This fourth Renewal and fifth Amendment may be executed in multiple
counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute one and
the same instrument. A facsimile copy or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a
signature, shall be treated as and shall have the same effect as anoriginal.
