Renewal Term No. 2: December 7, 2025 to December 6, 2026
The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth expires on December 6, 2025
(the “Expiration Date”). Pursuant to the Contract, contract renewals are at the sole option of the
City. This letter is to inform you that the City is exercising its right to renew the Contract for an
additional one (1) year period, which will begin on December 7, 2025. All other terms and
conditions of the Contract remain unchanged.

of your current insurance certificate, to the undersigned.

EXPLANATION
Attached is the Second Renewal of CSC 60576, the agreement between ToolWatch, LLC and the
Water Department for the Safety Reports software platform. This product is utilized by the
Safety Manager of the Water Department, and provides the safety management software, as well
as its maintenance and support.
The “not to exceed” amount of the agreement is $4,214.00. The term of this renewal will be
December 7, 2025 through December 6, 2026.
