Contract No. 62118 (“Contract”)
Renewal Term No. 1: October 15, 2025 to October 14, 2026
The above-referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth expired on October 14, 2025
(“Expiration Date”). The parties have continued to operate as though the Contract were in full
force and effect. Pursuant to the terms, the Contract may be renewed for three (3) one-year (1)
renewal terms. This letter memorializes the collective desire of the parties to renew the Contract
retroactively for its first (1st) renewal term to be effective immediately after the Expiration Date.
All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain unchanged. Please return this signed
acknowledgement letter to the address set forth below acknowledging receipt of the Contract
Renewal Notice.
