The Pledges of Allegiances to the United States of America and the State of Texas were recited. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES Motion: Council Member Crain made a motion, seconded by Mayor Pro tem Flores, that the Work Session and Public Comment meetings of September 9, 2025, be approved. Mendi Tackett appeared before Council relative to public comment. Patrice Jones, representing By Any Means 104, completed a speaker card relative to Mattie Parker inviting extremism into Tarrant County and was recognized by Mayor Parker but was not present in the Council Chamber. Ken Shimamoto appeared before the Council relative to the first amendment. Jeremy Pope appeared before Council relative to Mayor Parker and Councilwoman Beck's Instagram post. Sarah Maxwell appeared before Council relative to a request for the City Council to censure Elizabeth Beck. Chris Wood appeared before Council relative to the burden of staying safe. Eddie Delgado, representing Fort Worth Area Indivisible, appeared before Council relative to public unity. Alexander Stein appeared before Council relative to Charlie Kirk. Jamie Von Trapp appeared before Council relative to disturbing comments from Councilwoman Beck. Sabrina Ball appeared before Council relative to community relations. Denae Jackson, representing Our Kids Our Future, completed a speaker card relative to the judicial system and youth and was recognized by Mayor Parker but was not present in the Council Chamber. Paige Wallace appeared before Council relative to Charlie. Brian Sprague, representing Brian Sprague for Congress, completed a speaker card relative to public comments made by Councilwoman Elizabeth Beck and was recognized by Mayor Parker but was not present in the Council Chamber. Adrian Smith completed a speaker card relative to recall of Mayor Mattie Parker and was recognized by Mayor Parker but was not present in the Council Chamber. Bishop Kirkland appeared before Council relative to public comment.
