Jannette Goodall, City Secretary provided a summary of the proposed 2026
Council Meeting Schedule. Denis McElroy provided information on the
legislative changes that occurred regarding the requirements for posting of
agendas.
Council Members Nettles and Peoples requested a public comment meeting be
added following the Council Day meetings.

4. Trinity Metro Bi-Annual Briefing — Richard Andreski, Trinity Metro President
and CEO
Presentation was made by Richard Andreski, Trinity Metro President and CEO.
Council Member Flores asked for contact information to discuss replacement of bus
shelters.
Council Member Beck requested future discussion on funding needs for the expansion of
TexRail.
Council Member Hall asked for follow information on the Trinity Metro/Fort Worth ISD
Pilot Project including information on participation and ridership numbers.
5. World Cup 2026 Planning Overview — Michael Crum, Public Events Director,
Sonny Saxton, Emergency Management and Communications Director and Mitch
Whitten, Visit Fort Worth Chief Operating Officer
Dianna Giordano, Assistant City Manager introduced the speakers. Presentation was
provided by Mitch Whitten, Visit Fort Worth Chief Operating Officer, Sonny Saxton,
Emergency Management and Communications Director and Michael Crum, Public Events
Director.
6. Presentation on Economic Development Program Agreement with Alcon —

9. City Council Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports
Council Member Nettles requested information on the process of selecting food vendors
for the City Hall cafeteria.
Council Member Nettles requested information on the difference between a Presidential
Order and Resolution and the process for the City to abide.
Council Member Nettles requested information distribution of material considered
attorney client privileged.
