Goodall, City Secretary CALL TO ORDER With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Parker called the City Council Public Comment Meeting of the Fort Worth City Council to order at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, in the City Council Chamber of the Fort Worth City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas. INVOCATION - Pastor DaMarion Lewis, Love Sanctuary Church The invocation was provided by Pastor DaMarion Lewis, Love Sanctuary Church. PLEDGES OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF TEXAS - (State of Texas Pledge: "Honor the Texas flag; I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one state under God, one and indivisible.") Erika Cristantielli appeared before Council relative to thank City Council for voting for Justice Residence. Ariella Villa completed a speaker card relative to the suppression of taxpayer voices, public comment, intimidation free speech and was recognized by Mayor Parker but was not present in the Council Chamber.
