With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Parker called the City
Council Work Session of the Fort Worth City Council to order 1:17 p.m. on Tuesday,
October 14, 2025, in the City Council Work Session Room of the Fort Worth City Hall,
100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas.

Council Member Crain requested a briefing with Kacey on the left -over dollars for the Las
Vegas Trail neighborhood.
Council Member Martinez requested Neighborhood Services work with Code
Enforcement of code compliance issues in District 11.

Council Member Crain requested an update on one second collaborative.
Council Member Crain requested an informal report on youth sports complexes and how
it relates to the bond program.
Council Member Crain requested staffing updates for police and fire.
Council Member Nettles requested an informal report on additional safety and detail at
Council meetings and appearances for Council and staff, how this impacts the budget.
Council Member Nettles requested an informal report on Council pay increases.
Council Member Nettles requested an informal report on the process of tracking

The Mayor and Council Member Crain requested month or quarterly updates on the
homelessness program and panhandling.
