City Secretary Contract No. 63662 (the "Contract")
The Contract, identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 63662, refers to that
certain agreement dated February 9, 2018 between Tyler Technologies, Inc. and MedStar Mobile
Healthcare and subsequently assigned to the City of Fort Worth effective July 1, 2025. Pursuant
to the terms of the Contract, the City reserves the right to terminate the Contract at the end of the
current renewal term. Accordingly, this letter serves as formal notice that the City is exercising its
right to terminate the Contract, effective February 28, 2026, in accordance with the termination
provisions set forth in the Contract.
