Pursuant to the Contract, the City has the right to terminate the Contract. This letter is to
inform you that the City is exercising its right to terminate the Contract immediately upon the end
of the 30-day termination notice period stated in the Contract Section 4.1:
4.1. Written Notice. City or Vendor may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any
reason by providing the other patiy with 30 days' written notice of termination.
Please return this signed acknowledgement letter to the address set forth below,
acknowledging receipt of the Contract Termination Notice. Failure to provide a signed
acknowledgment does not affect the termination of the Contract.
