FORT WORTH HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION
A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING MATTHEW MONEDERO TO SERVE AS THE PRIMARY
QUICKBOOKS ADMINISTRATOR TO UNDERTAKE ANY ACTIONS AND
PERFORM ANY DUTIES REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN THE CORPORATION'S
FINANCIAL AND ACCCOUNTING ACTIVITIES IN QUICKBOOKS
WHEREAS, the City Council created the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation (the
"Corporation") in 1979 pursuant to the Texas Housing Finance Corporations Act, Chapter 394
of the Texas Local Government Code, to facilitate neighborhood revitalization and housing
initiatives in the City, including but not limited to issuing tax exempt bonds; developing,
rehabilitating and promoting housing; and assisting low to moderate income City residents in
acquiring quality, accessible, affordable housing through lending and construction activities;
WHEREAS, financial and accounting activities for the Corporation are maintained in
QuickBooks and the Primary QuickBooks Administrator retired from the City;
WHEREAS,Kacey Thomas as Assistant General Manager appointed Matthew Monedero
from the Neighborhood Services Department to serve as the new Primary QuickBooks
Administrator to undertake any actions and perform any duties required to maintain the
Corporation's financial and accounting activities in QuickBooks.
WHEREAS, QuickBooks requires documentation from the meeting minutes that the
Board of Directors of the Corporation has confirmed the authorization of Matthew Monedero to
serve as the new Primary QuickBooks Administrator.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE FORT WORTH HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION:
1. THAT Matthew Monedero as the Primary QuickBooks Administrator is hereby authorized
to undertake any actions and perform any duties required to maintain the Corporation's
financial and accounting activities in QuickBooks.
2. THAT this Resolution takes effect from the date of its adoption.
AND IT IS SO RESOLVED.
