1. Call to Order
With a quorum present, President Beck called the meeting to order for the Board of Directors of
the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation atl2:47 p.m. on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, in
the City Council Work Session Room, of the Fort Worth City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort
Worth, Texas.
2. Approval of Minutes
a. Regular Meeting Held on August 26, 2025
Motion was made by Director Hall and seconded by Director Crain to approve the August 26,
2025, meeting minutes. The motion passed 9-0. Directors Parker and Blaylock were absent.
3. Written Reports
a. Unaudited Financial Statement as of August 31, 2025
There was no discussion on the written report; it was for informational purposes only.

4. Briefing on Single Family Infill and HFC Land Acquisitions — Kacey Thomas and Joshua

Kacey Thomas and Joshua Hezelp,Neighborhood Services Department provided a staff report.
There was no discussion on this item.
5. Action Items:
a. Consider and Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Sale of One Lot(5600 Bong Dr.) in
Council District 5 to Alpha Family Group, LLC or an Eligible Affiliate, for the
Development of an Affordable Single-Family Home for a Total Sales Price of
$34,000.00

• President Beck requested information on the criteria used for the release of federal land for
affordable housing projects.
Motion was made by Director Peoples and seconded by Director Crain,to approve Resolution No.
FWHFC-2025-16,Authorizing the Sale of One Lot(5600 Bong Dr.)in Council District 5 to Alpha
Family Group, LLC or an Eligible Affiliate, for the Development of an Affordable Single-Family
Home for a Total Sales Price of$34,000.00. The motion passed 9-0. Directors Parker and Blaylock
were absent.
b. Authorize Execution of a Contract with Day Resource Center for the Homeless to
Provide Permanent Supportive Housing Services at Various Multifamily Properties
Tara Perez, Homeless Strategies Manager, provided a staff report.
Motion was made by Director Crain and seconded by Director Peoples,to Authorize Execution of
a Contract and Resolution No. FWHFC-2025-17 with Day Resource Center for the Homeless to
Provide Permanent Supportive Housing Services at Various Multifamily Properties. The motion
passed 9-0. Directors Parker and Blaylock were absent.

With no further discussion, President Beck adjourned the meeting of the Fort Worth Housing
Finance Corporation at 1:11 p.m. on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
