I. Call to Order
With a quorum of the Board Members present, President Flores called the meeting to order for
the Board of Directors of the Fort Worth Central City Local Government Corporation at 5:06
p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, in the City Council Work Session Room of the Fort Worth
City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail,Fort Worth,Texas.
II. Approval of March 11, 2025,Meeting Minutes
Motion was made by Director Lauersdorf and seconded by Director Beck, to approve the March
11, 2025, meeting minutes. The motion passed on an 10-0 vote with Director Crain away from
the dais.
III. Briefings
a. Financial Report for the period October 2024 through April 2025
No discussion occurred on the financial report; it was for informational purposes only.
IV. Election of President and Vice President
Ori Fernandez, Assistant Economic Development Director, provided a brief summary of the
election process.
Motion was made by Director Beck and seconded by Director Lauersdorf to elect Carlos Flores as
President and Chris Nettles as Vice President, of the Fort Worth Central City Local Government
Corporation. The motion carried 10-0 with Director Parker away from the dais.

VII. Adjourn
With no further business before the Board, President Flores adjourned the regular session of the
Central City Local Government Corporation at 5:07 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.
These minutes approved by the Central City Local Government Corporation on the 28t" day of
October, 2025.
