Six trees that were not identified on the tree survey or demolition plans need to be removed to construct the park improvements. The city forester has approved their removal and they are included in the mitigation plan as part of the urban forestry tree removal permit. It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents payment in full (both time and money) for all costs arising out of, or incidental to, the above Change Order.
