Renewal Term No. 3: September 1, 2025 to August 30, 2026
The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth expired on August 30, 2025
(the “Expiration Date”). Pursuant to the Contract, contract renewals are at the sole option of the
City. This letter is to inform you that the City is exercising its right to renew the Contract for an
additional one (1) year period, which will begin on September 1, 2025. All other terms and
conditions of the Contract remain unchanged.
Please sign in the space indicated below and return this document, along with a copy
of your current insurance certificate, to the undersigned.

EXPLANATION
Please review and approve/sign this Third Renewal of CSC 57959, the agreement between Water
and Badger Meter, Inc (Badger). Badger provides the Water Department with Cloud-based
remote monitoring subscriptions (Unity Remote Monitoring) for existing pressure monitoring
hardware, one-time activation fees for remote monitoring devices, additional hydrant pressure
recorder hardware, and covers/cables to support the purchased hardware, as well as maintenance
and support for the Micro::stations.
This renewal term will begin on September 1, 2025 and end on August 30, 2026. The “not to
exceed” amount of this agreement equals $29,948.00.
