FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 64172
This First Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 64172 (“First
Amendment”) is made between the City of Fort Worth (“Fort Worth”), a municipal
corporation, acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and One Call
Concepts, Inc. (“Vendor”), a Maryland corporation, acting by and through its duly authorized
representative.
WHEREAS, Fort Worth and Vendor entered into that certain Agreement identified as
Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 64172 beginning July 1, 2025 (the “Agreement”);
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Fort Worth and Vendor to amend the
Agreement to correct a scriven r's error in the terms of the Payment Schedule;
NOW THEREFORE,known by all these present, Fort Worth and Vendor, acting
herein by the through their duly authorized representatives, agree to the following terms,
which amend the Agreement as follows:
1.
Exhibit B, Payment Schedule is hereby amended to be and read as set forth below.
Services are to be billed monthly at zero dollars and sixteen cents ($0.16) per ticket processed.
2.
All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.

EXPLANATION
Please sign/approve this First Amendment to CSC 64172, between One Call Concepts, Inc.,
and the Fort Worth Water Department for the LTM locate ticket management software
service.
This amendment corrects a scrivener’s error on the Payment Schedule The Payment
Schedule will state the following:
“Services are to be billed monthly at zero dollars and sixteen cents ($0.16) per ticket
processed.”
