FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 57205
This First Amendment (“Amendment”) of the, Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No.
57205, is entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH (“City”), a Texas home
rule municipal corporation and KINGS III OF AMERICA, LLC (“Vendor”), a Texas
Corporation, each individually referred to as a “party” and collectively referred to as the
“parties.”
WHEREAS City, through its Property Management Department, and Vendor entered into
an agreement for elevator monitoring services, said agreement being identified as Fort Worth City
Secretary Contract No. 57205 and having an effective date of May 1, 2022 (the “Agreement”); and
WHEREAS the Agreement was renewed on May 1, 2023, again on May 1, 2024 and last
renewed on May 1, 2025. (Fort Worth City Secretary Contract Nos. 557205-R1 and 57205-R2 and
57205-R3, respectively); and
WHEREAS City now desires to add an additional facility to receive services from Vendor
through this Amendment.
NOW THEREFORE, City and Vendor, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, agree to the following terms:
1.The Price Schedule under Exhibit “B” in the Agreement is hereby amended to include the
attached Exhibit “A-1” to the Amendment.
2.All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
