The details for September are shown on the accompanying table on page 2 and depicted on the map on page 3. The details for October are shown on the accompanying table on page 4 and depicted on the map on page 5. Since the enactment of Subchapter D, Chapter 42, Texas Local Government Code on September 1, 2023, the City has received a total of 191 petitions. A 12-month graph on page 6 reflects the number of eligible petitions released from November 2024 through October 2025. Seventeen petitions received prior to November 1, 2025, were either deemed incomplete, ineligible or withdrawn. For September 2025, the City received 4 eligible petitions. For October 2025, the City received 3 eligible petitions. Thus, from September 2023 to now, 174 eligible ETJ petitions have released approximately 5,281.05 acres within the City's ETJ.
