CALL TO ORDER
With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Parker called the City
Council Special Called Session of the Fort Worth City Council to order 12:04 p.m. on
Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in the City Council Chamber of the Fort Worth City Hall,
100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas.
RESOLUTIONS
25-5518 A Resolution Casting the City of Fort Worth's Allotted Votes for the Board
of Directors of the Tarrant Appraisal District and Directing Giving of Notice
(Continued from a Previous Meeting)
Adrian Smith completed a speaker card against in regard to Item 25-5518 and was
recognized by Mayor Parker but was not present in the Council Chamber.

Darrell Beason completed a speaker card undecided in regard to Item 25-5518 and
was recognized by Mayor Parker but was not present in the Council Chamber.
Eric Crile appeared before Council undecided in regard to Item 25-5518.
Daniel Bennett appeared before Council undecided in regard to Item 25-5518.
Motion: Mayor Pro tem Flores made a motion, seconded by Council Member Crain,
to approve Item 25-5518 with the following modification — if it is later
determined that the City of Fort Worth is entitled to a different number of
votes than 281, this resolution will be considered to be authorizing the
casting of all such votes for the named candidate, and that Resolution No.
6185-11-2025 be adopted as amended. Motion passed 9-1, Council
Member Peoples casting the dissenting vote and with a recusal from Council
Member Blaylock.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Parker adjourned the meeting at 12:09 p.m.
These minutes were approved by the Fort Worth City Council on the 2nd day of December 2025.
