The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth expires on November 30, 2024
(the "Expiration Date"). Pursuant to the Contract, the Agreement may be renewed at the mutual
agreement of the Parties. This letter is to inform you that the City requests renewal of the Contract
for an additional one (1) year period, which will begin immediately after the Expiration Date. All
other terms and conditions of the Contract remain unchanged. Please return this signed
acknowledgement letter, along with a copy of your current insurance certificate, to the
address set forth below, acknowledging receipt of the Contract Renewal Notice.

RE: E&S Fee Increase Notification
Starting with your next contract renewal in November 2024, your annual Enhancement and
Support (E&S) fee will be increased by 5% which will equate to an increase of $ 200.85 for a
total due for the year of $ 4,217.85. While we strive to manage costs and to minimize any price
increase to our customers, this adjustment is necessary in order for us to continue delivering
the best possible software enhancements and support services.
