T7Aarn address the median lighting as well as pull boxes to be used for the traffic signal cables. Additional funding is not being requested as part of this change order bea construction allowance in the contract which will be able to cover the additional items needed. The contractor has honored the pricing of the existing contract for items. RFI 314: These RFIs are to maintain existing streetlighting at the intersections of Bryant Irvin Rd & Oakmont Blvd and Oakmont Blvd & Harris Pkwy. (RFI inRd & Oakmont Blvd, the plans call for abandoning the existing conduit which would lead to the median lighting not being operational temporarily. This RFI grant install a temporary conduit run to maintain street lighting. (RFI 4) At Oakmont Blvd & Harris Pkwy, the existing median lighting circuits travel through signal pull boxes, which are to be removed per plans. This RFI approves the installation of conduit bore and pull boxes in order to re-route and terminate the lighting circuit. (RFI 5) This RFI grants approval to use Type D pull boxes for the traffic signal cable, instead of the Type B pull boxes due to the space requirements for the traffic signal cable. The seven days requested are to provide time for the contractor to complete the additional work in the RFIs, including material procurement of the additional quantities. It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents payment in full (both time and money) for all costs arising out of, or incidental to, the above Change Order. The Project/Program Manager signing below acknowledges that he/she is the person responsible for the monitoring and administration of this contract, including ensuring all performance and reporting requirements.
