DISCUSSION: On September 20, 2022, a Professional Services Agreement (City Secretary Contract No. 58108) in the amount of $90,000.00 was authorized with Huitt-Zollars, Inc. for initial staff augmentation services. Due to the success of the initial contract, city staff desires to continue the program. The Professional Services Agreement is for staff augmentation and technical assistance to provide stonnwater capital improvement planning, engineering, fiscal, and administrative support as an extension to City staff. Huitt-Zollars, Inc has been augmenting and supporting city staff on day-to-day work efforts. Huitt-Zollars, Inc., and City staff have negotiated an additional fee in an amount up to $250,000.00 to extend the staff augmentation program until such time the contract funds have been expended. Prior to any expenditure being incurred, the Transportation & Public Works Department has the responsibility to validate the availability of funds. http://apps.efw et.org/comcil_pwket/me review.asp?B3=32043&comcildate-4/23/2024 5/31/2024 M&C Review Page 2 of 2 Submitted for City Manager's Office by: Jesica McEachem (5804) Oriainatino Department Head: Lauren Prieur (6035) Additional Information Contact: Monty Hall (8662) ATTACHMENTS 20SWM PROGRAM STAFF AUGMENTATION FID.xlsx (CFW Internal) 20SWMPROGRAMSTAFFAUGMENTATION FORM 1295.pdf (CFW Internal) 20SWMPROGRAMSTAFFAUGMENTATION FUNDS AVAIL.Ddf (CFW Internal) 20SWMPROGRAMSTAFFAUGMENTATION SAM SEARCH.Pdf (CFW Internal) SWS-100 Staff Augmentation Compliance Memo Sianed RL.Ddf (CFW lnternal) http://apps.efw et.org/comcil_pwket/mc_review.asp?IIJ=32043&comcildate=4/23/2024 5/31/2024 CERTIFICATE OF INTERESTED PARTIES FORM 1295 Intl Complete Nos.1-4 and 6 if there are interested parties OFFICE USE ONLY Complete Nos. 1, 2.3. 5, antl 6 t there are no interested parties.
