Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 60967 ("Contract")
Second Renewal Term: February 19, 2026 to February 18, 2027
WHEREAS, the initial term of the Contract began February 19, 2024 and expired
February 18, 2025;
WHEREAS, the parties previously exercised an option to renew the Contract for its first
renewal term from February 19, 2025 to Februaiy 18, 2026;
WHEREAS, the first renewal was incorrectly labeled as Renewal No. 4 instead of
Renewal No. 1; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of this document is to correct the labeling of the misidentified
first renewal and also renew the Contract for its second renewal term as described below:
The above-referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth expires on February 18, 2026
("Expiration Date"). This letter is to inform you that the City wishes to exercise its renewal option
for a Second Renewal Term, which will begin immediately after the Expiration Date as outlined
above. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain unchanged.
Please return this signed acknowledgment letter, along with a current copy of your
insurance certificate reflecting the City of Fort Worth as the Holder, to the email address set
forth below acknowledging receipt of the First Amendment and Contract Renewal Notice.
