Fiscal Impact Analysis of Proposed Voluntary Annexation, Highland Meadows (AX-04-008), 113.19 acres - Bob Riley, Director, Development Department 5. Fiscal Impact Analysis of Proposed City Initiated Annexation, East Bonds Ranch Road (AX-04- 009), 2.69 acres - Bob Riley, Director, Development Department 6. Responses to Budget Issues - Charles Boswell, Assistant City Manager 7. City Council Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports 8. Executive Session —The City Council may conduct a closed meeting as authorized by Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code to seek the advice of its attorneys on legal issues regarding any matter on today's City Council agendas. Additionally, the City Council may conduct a closed meeting to deliberate personnel issues in accordance with Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, in particular personnel action concerning the City Manager as listed on the City Council agenda and the Revised Executive Session attachment thereto. Fort Worth Pre-Council Chamber, is wheelchair accessible. Persons with disabilities who plan to attend this meeting and who may need accommodations, auxiliary aids, or services such as interpreters, readers, or large print are requested to contact the City's ADA Coordinator at(817) 392- 8552 or e-mail ADA@FortWorthTexas.gov at least 48 hours prior to the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
