The total credit to the City associated with this Change Order is $47,000. The contractual substantial completion date was October 25, 2022, and the contractual final completion date was November 29, 2022. Change order No. 1 extended the substantial completion to lune 9, 2023, and final completion to July 14, 2023. Substantial completion is pending vibration test, and Pump performance re-test reports. As part of this Change Order, the City will extend the contract time and waive liquidated damages associated with late delivery. For the purposes of the equipment warranty, the City will establish the equipment warranty start date as June 26, 2025. It is anticipated that a final payment request will be submitted by the Contractor following approval of this Change Order.
