Renewal Term No. 1: October 3, 2025 to October 2, 2026
The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth will eXpire on October 2,
2025 (the "Expiration Date"). Pursuant to the Contract, contract renewals are at the sole option
of the City. This letter is to inform you that the City is eXercising its right to renew the Contract
for an additional one (1) year period, which will begin immediately after the Expiration Date. All
other terms and conditions of the Contract remain unchanged. Please return this signed
acknowledgement letter, along with a copy of your current insurance certificate, to the
address set forth below, acknowledging receipt of the Contract Renewal Notice. Failure to
provide a signed acknowledgment does not affect the renewal.

EXPLANATION
Please sign or approve this First Renewal of the contract between Sequel Data Systems, Inc. (Sequel
Data) and the Fort Worth Water Department. Sequel Data provides the Water Department with
technology equipment, software, security, maintenance, training, and professional services, in support of
the entire Water Department network, as well as Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition.
This being the First Renewal, the spending authority will equal $500,000.00. The total contract spending
authority in the initial contract year was $1,700,000.00: $1,200,000.00 from Capital for the first year, and
$500,000.00 from Operating for the first year, and for each renewal year.
The term of this renewal will run from October 3, 2025 through October 2, 2026, with three remaining
one-year renewals.
