AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO
CITY OF FORT WORTH CONTRACT 6ll39
This First Amendment to Cooperative Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") entered
into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter "City"), a home rule municipality, and
Unmanned Vehicle Technologies, LLC. ("Vendor through Sourcewell Contract #011223"),
City and Vendor may be referred to individually as a Party and collectively as the Parties.
WHEREAS, on March 18, 2024, the Parties entered into City Secretary Contract CSC
61139 to provide City with services procured under the City's procurement process on an as-
needed basis. Specifically, Vendor would provide all required hardware, licenses, and support for
drone tracking systems ("Agreement/Contract");
WHEREAS, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement by adding a Dronetag Rider
Portable Drone Detector, 240 Scanning hours, and shipping (Vendors quote 50226774 dated
11/12/2025 from Chris Baker) to the original award.
WHEREAS, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement by adding the following clause:
"The Parties will engage in multiple transactions to purchase goods and/or services under this
Agreement. For each purchase made pursuant to this Agreement, Vendor must supply a quote for
the subject goods and/or services, and the quote must conform with the then-current pricing under
the underlying cooperative agreement. If the City accepts the quote and places an order for the
goods/or services, that quote shall be considered and addendum to this agreement but is not
required to be filed in the City records. The Parties maintain all quotes for the 3-year Audit Period
included herein." into the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, acting herein by the through their duly authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement:

AMENDMENTS
A. Exhibit "A" of the Agreement is hereby amended to add Vendors quote 50226774
dated 11/12/2025 from Chris Baker in its entirety as Exhibit "A.1". The quote adds
the ability to purchase Dronetag Rider Portable Drone Detector, 240 Scanning
hours, and shipping.
B. Section 1 the "Scope of Services", section of the Agreement, is hereby amended to
be and read as follows:
Vendor enters into this purchase agreement to provide City with Services procured
under the City's procurement process on an as-needed basis ("Services"). Exhibit
"A" and Exhibit "A.1" — Scope of Services more specifically the Services to be

ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be
an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy
or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall
have the same effect as anoriginal.

A compact, wireless, battery-powered Remote ID drone detector, designed for
public safety organizations and professional pilots. RIDER is drone-agnostic
and captures all Broadcast/Direct Remote ID data from modules and aircraft
such as DJI, Autel, and Parrot to up to 3 miles (5 km) range. RIDER uses a
built-in buzzer and LED indicators to notify you of nearby drone activity. The
captured data is transmitted in real-time to ihe Dronetag App, providing

Each RIDER includes two months of LTE data, allowing customers to test the
