Possible Local Ordinance Regarding Sex Offender Residency - Jeri -is Mapes, Senior Assistant City Attorney and Eddie Garcia, Police Chief Presentation was provided by Jerris Mapes, Senior Assistant Attorney. 5. Proposed Midyear Program Investments — Jay Chapa, City Manager Presentation was provided by Jay Chapa, City Manager, Christianne Simmons, Chief Transformation Officer, and Brian Daugherty, Code Compliance Director. Council Member Hill requested an informal report on the Transparent Star Program. Council Member Hill also requested an update, in six months, on the Nuisance Enforcement Task Force pilot program including an update on animal welfare. Stormwater Valley Storage Regulation Recommendations — Ben Thompson, Transportation and Public Works Sr. Professional Engineer Presentation was provided by Ben Thompson, Transportation and Public Works Sr. Professional Engineer. 8. Proposed Zoning Amendments to Alleviate the Proliferation of Certain Business Uses — Stephanie Scott -Sims, Development Services Planning Manager Presentation was provided by Stephanie Scott -Sims, Development Services Planning Manager. 10. City Council Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports Council Member Blaylock requested to reconfigure the Work Session room so speakers are not behind the line of sight of the dais. Council Member Beck requested staff to work with Visit Fort Worth and the Film Commission to look nationally at how other cities permit and handle the interplay between our neighborhoods and filming and to come up with best practices. Council Member Hill requested to circulate the Annual Artwork Plan for fiscal year 2026. Council Member Flores requested an informal report on the creation of noise ordinance enforcement signage in certain areas where we have repeated violations of that ordinance and what could be done in conjunction with no cruising, as well. Council Member Nettles requested an informal report on options to add the same priority police button or list that was added to Childcare Associates to YMCAs. Mayor Parker requested a presentation on how we can utilize our libraries and community centers where there is available space for the art community.
