The above referenced Contract, identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No.
64209, refers to that certain agreement dated December 3, 2021 between PowerDMS, Inc. and
Metropolitan Area EMS Authority d/b/a MedStar Mobile Healthcare and subsequently assigned
to the City of Fort Worth ("City") effective July 1, 2025.
Order No. Q-153862 expired on January 2, 2026 (the "Expiration Date"). Per the Contract,
the agreement begins on the subscription date and continues for as long as any subscription terms
are in effect. This letter is the City's official notice of non-renewal of the contract upon expiration
of the current subscription term.
