Home My WebLink About060432-A2R3 - General - Contract - Gebco Associates, LLCCSC: 60432-A2 R3 SECOND AMENDMENT AND THIRD RENEWAL TO CITY OF FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT No. 60432 This Second Amendment and Third Renewal is entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH (hereafter "City"), and Gebco Associates, LLC ("Vendor"). City and Vendor may be referred to individually as a Party and collectively as the Parties. WHEREAS, on January 1, 2023, the Parties entered into City Secretary Contract No. 60432 ("Agreement"); WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both City and Vendor to amend the Agreement to replace exhibit A to reflect the new pricing schedule; WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both City and Vendor to renew the Agreement, as amended, for an additional year term; NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement: 1. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT The following terms are hereby amended to either replace any conflicting terms in the Agreement or shall be added to the terms and shall be binding and enforceable as if they were originally included therein and the amended agreement shall be referred to as the Agreement in all future documents: 1. Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is made a part of this Agreement for all purposes, replacing the previous Exhibit A. 2. RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT The Agreement, as amended herein, is hereby renewed for its Third Renewal Term, beginning January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026. 3. ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. 4. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE This Amendment and Renewal may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument.
