Home My WebLink About062742-R1A1 - General - Contract - Stop Stick, LTDCSC No. 62742-R1A] FIRST RENEWAL AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 62742 This First Renewal and First Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 62742 ("Agreement") is entered into by and between STOP STICK, LTD ("Vendor"), an Ohio Corporation acting by and through its duly authorized representative, and CITY OF FORT WORTH ("City"), a Texas home-rule municipal corporation acting by and through its duly autharized Assistant City Manager, each individually referred as a"Party" and collectively as the "Parties." WHEREAS, the Parties entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 62742 ("Agreement"); WHEREAS, the contract authorizes renewals at the City's sole discretion; WHEREAS it is the collective desire of the Parties to renew the Agreement far a one- year term (the "First Renewal Term"); WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the Parties to amend the Agreement by replacing Exhibit B with an updated Exhibit B to reflect updated pricing; NOW, THEREFORE, Vendar and City do hereby agree to the following: I. RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT The Agreement is hereby renewed for a First Renewal Term commencing on February 4, 2026, and ending on February 3, 2027, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Agreement. II. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT The Agreement is hereby amended to be read as follows: Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is made a part of this Agreement for all purposes, replacing the previous Exhibit B. III. ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME All other provisions of Agreement, as previously amended, which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
