City Secretary Contract No. 63661 (the "Contract")
Agreement Term: July 1, 2025 to December 17, 2025
The above referenced Contract, identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No.
63661, refers to that certain agreement dated December 17, 2019 between Kno2, LLC and
Metropolitan Area EMS Authority d/b/a MedStar Mobile Healthcare and subsequently assigned
to the City of Fort Worth ("City") effective July 1, 2025, and further identified under Record ID:
26354786.
The current subscription period expired on December 17, 2025 without renewal due to
ongoing negotiations between the parties concerning execution of a replacement agreement. The
City is hereby providing notice of non -renewal of the subscription provided by the Contract and
will allow it to remain expired effective December 17, 2025, without renewal.
The City will maintain a subscription through its existing, and separate, contract identified
as City Secretary Contract No. 63396 provided by and through ImageTrend, LLC.
