REAPPOINTING NEIL BARROW, ALAN BLAYLOCK,
MICHAEL D. CRAIN, BRIAN DELGADO, ROBERT L.
JAMESON, KIMBERLY JOHNSON, AND CARY MOON TO THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF FW SPORTS AUTHORITY, INC.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2066 the City Council approved the creation of the
FW Sports Authority, Inc. ("Sports Authority") in accordance with Section 4B of Article 5190.6 of the
Texas Revised Civil Statues, which is restated in Chapter 505 of the Texas Local Government Code;
WHEREAS, Article VI of the Sports Authority's Articles of Incorporation ("Articles")
provides that all powers of the Sports Authority are vested in a Board of Directors ('Board")
consisting of seven (7) persons (each a "Director") who shall be appointed by the Fort Worth City
Council ("City Council") for two (2) year terms, unless otherwise indicated;
WHEREAS, to be qualified as a Director, a person must be a resident of the City and
be at least 18 years of age;
WHEREAS, except as otherwise required by law, at least three (3) of the Directors
must be persons who are not employees, officers, or members of the City Council;
WHEREAS, all current members of the Board have expressed the desire to continue to serve
as Directors;
WHEREAS, City Council desires to reappoint the individuals listed below with expirations
dates of December 31, 2025, to serve as Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council reappoints the individuals listed below to serve as Directors
of the Sports Authority for the terms indicated:

SECTION 2. The City Council reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to
remove a Director and to appoint individuals to the Board to replace such removed Director.
AND IT IS SO RESOLVED.
