THIRD AMENDMENT AND SIXTH RENEWAL
TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 53835
This Third Amendment and Sixth Renewal is entered into by and between the City of Fort
Worth ("City,") a Texas home rule municipality, and MCM Technology, LLC ("Vendor"). City
and Vendor are each individually referred to herein as a"party" and collectively referred to as the
"parties."
WHEREAS, City and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as City Secretary
Contract No. 53835 beginning Apri123, 2020 (the "Agreement");
WHEREAS, on February 21, 2022, the parties amended the Agreement to align the
contract term with the annual maintenance period;
WHEREAS, the current term of the Agreement expires on February 1, 2026;
WHEREAS, prior renewal documents contained incorrect renewal dates that did not align
with the actual annual maintenance period; and
WHEREAS, it is now the collective desire of the parties to renew the Agreement to align
the dates with the annual maintenance, as shown in Exhibit B-3.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties, acting herein by the through their duly authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement:
L AMENDMENTS
The Agreement is hereby amended to align the renewal dates with annual maintenance
period as shown in Exhibit B-3, attached hereto and made a part thereof the Agreement.
IL RENEWALS
The Agreement is hereby renewed for a one-year Renewal Term beginning February 1,
2026 and set to expire January 31, 2027 with pricing in accordance with Exhibit B-3. Following
the expiration of the renewal term ending January 31, 2027, the Agreement may automatically
renew for successive one-year renewal terms (each a"Renewal Term"), each beginning February
1 and ending January 31, unless terminated by either party in accordance with the Agreement.
IIL MISCELLANEOUS
All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
