AN ORDINANCE INCREASING ESTIMATED RECEIPTS AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE
WATER & SEWER COMMUNITY FACILITIES AGREEMENT FUND, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$314,989.00 BY INCREASING ESTIMATED RECEIPTS AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE EXISTING
LIVE OAK LIFT STATION UPGRADES HYDE RANCH PROJECT (CITY PROJECT NO. 106602);
PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; MAKING THIS ORDINANCE CUMULATIVE OF PRIOR
ORDINANCES; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That in addition to those amounts allocated to the various City departments for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 in the
Budget of the City Manager, there shall also be increased estimated receipts and appropriations Water &
Sewer Community Facilities Agreement Fund, in the amount of $314,989.00 by increasing estimated receipts
and appropriations in the existing Live Oak Lift Station Upgrades Hyde Ranch project (City Project
No. 106602),
SECTION 2.
That should any portion, section or part of a section of this ordinance be declared invalid, inoperative or void
for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision, opinion or judgment shall in no way impair
the remaining portions, sections, or parts of sections of this ordinance, which said remaining provisions shall
be and remain in full force and effect.

That this ordinance shall be cumulative of Ordinance 27979-09-2025 and all other ordinances and
appropriations amending the same except in those instances where the provisions of this ordinance are in
direct conflict with such other ordinances and appropriations, in which instance said conflicting provisions of
said prior ordinances and appropriations are hereby expressly repealed.
SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall take effect upon adoption.

Station and Adopt Appropriation Ordinance
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Council:
1. Accept a contribution in the amount of $314,989.00 from SRPF D/Hyde Ranch Phase I, L.P. for upgrades to the existing Live Oak Lift
Station; and
2. Adopt the attached appropriation ordinance increasing estimated receipts and appropriations in the Water & Sewer Community Facilities
Agreement Fund in the amount of $314,989.00 for the purpose of funding the upgrades to the existing Live Oak Lift Station Upgrades
Hyde Ranch project (City Project No. 106602).
DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this Mayor and Council Communication (M&C) is to accept a contribution in the amount of $314,989.00 from SRPF D/Hyde Ranch
Phase I, L.P. and appropriate funding into the upgrades to the existing Live Oak Lift Station (City Project No. 106602).
SRPF D/Hyde Ranch Phase I, L.P. (Developer) is constructing the Hyde Ranch development project located west of Interstate Loop 820 North and
south of Silver Creek Road and is assigned City Project No. 105253 and Accela Record IPRC23-0174. In M&C 25-1053 the Water
Department requested to oversize approximately 3,865 linear feet of a 12-inch water main to a 16-inch water main for anticipated future growth in
the area and to construct approximately 2,600 linear feet of sewer force main that was originally scoped as part of the City's Capital Improvements
Program (CIP). The Hyde Ranch development will be using capacity at the existing Live Oak Lift Station, which the City will expand to support the
development. The developer will be 100% responsible for these costs, which includes pump replacement, electrical upgrades, and
instrumentation.
Appropriations for the LiveOak LS Upgrades Hyde Ranch project are as depicted below:

The project is located in COUNCIL DISTRICT 7.
A Form 1295 is not required because: This M&C does not request approval of a contract with a business entity.
FISCAL INFORMATION / CERTIFICATION:
The Director of Finance certifies that upon approval of the above recommendations and adoption of the attached appropriation ordinance, funds
will be available in the W&S Community Facilities Agmt Fund for the purpose of funding the Live Oak LS Upgrades Hyde Ranch project. The
Water Department (and Financial Management Services) is responsible for the collection and deposit of funds due to the City. Prior to any
expenditure being incurred, the Water Department has the responsibility to validate the availability of funds.
