Change Order No. 2 provides for attaching the newly installed ground loop for the scrubber containment area to the nearest existing ground loop for the chlorine storage building. The funds are adjusted from Bid Item 09 (construction allowance). Staff concurs with the contractor's request for 60 additional calendar days for the chage order. It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents payment in full (both time and money) for all costs arising out of, or incidental to, the above Change Order.
