HomeMy WebLinkAbout058431-A3R3 - General - Contract - Texas A&M Engineering Extension ServiceCSC No. 58431-A3R3 TEEX Contract 27-102407-5 AMENDMENT NO. 3 AND R�NEWAL 3 TO CITY OF FORT WORTH CONTRACT 58431 This Third Amendment and Third Renewal is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter "City"), a home rule municipality, with its principal place of business at 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas, and Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (hereafter "Vendor"). City and Vendor shall be referred to individually as a Party and collectively as the Parties. WHEREAS, the Parties previously entered into City Secretary Contract 58431 for Vendor to provide City employees with TCEQ training courses on an as-needed basis (the "Agreement"); WHEREAS, the Agreement may be renewed annually at the City's discretion for up to four one-year renewal options; WHEREAS, on January 10, 2023, the Parties amended the Agreement to change the scope of services to include TCEQ training services on a per-employee basis at off-site locations; WHEREAS, on August 10, 2023, the Parties amended the Agreement to authorize additional services of the same general category that could have been encompassed in the original award; WHEREAS, the Parties now wish to amend the Agreement for the purpose of updating Exhibit B, "Price Schedule," to reflect increased pricing and additional training classes; and WHEREAS, the Parties now wish to renew the Agreement for a Third Renewal Term from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2026. NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, acting herein by the through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement: 1. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT Exhibit B, Price Schedule, is hereby amended and replaced in its entirety with the revised, attached Exhibit B. 1. RENEWAL The term of the Agreement is hereby renewed for an additional year to begin on November 1, 2025, and expire on October 31, 2026, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Agreement. 2. ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME All other provisions of the Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. QFFICIAL RECORD CITY SECRETARY 3.
