AMENDMENT NO 1. TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 62534
This Amendment is made between the City of Fort Worth ("Fort Worth") Gutermann, Inc.
("Vendor"). City and vendor may be referred to individually as a Party and collectively as the
Parties.
WHEREAS, On December 20, 2024, City and Vendor entered into an agreement to
purchase leak detection loggers for the Water department identified as Fort Worth City
Secretary Contract No. 62534.
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Fort Worth and Vendor to amend
the Agreement to increase the total compensation amount by Forty Thousand and Twenty-Five
Dollars ($40,025.00) for a new annual compensation limit of up to $90,000.00;
NOW THEREFORE, Fort Worth and Vendor, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the Agreement as follows:
1. Paragraph 3.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: "Total
annual compensation under this Agreement during this second year shall not
exceed Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00)."
2. All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants, and recitals of the Agreement
not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
