Questions Regarding Changes in Membership on Boards and Commissions for January 13, 2026 Council Meeting There were no questions regarding changes in membership on boards and commissions for January 13, 2026, Council Meeting. 3. Presentation on Library and Community Center Gallery Space - Midori Clark, Library Director Presentation was provided by Midori Clark, Library Director. • Council Member Hall recommended including local artists or groups in the discussions to get their feedback on what is needed. • Council Member Martinez recommended including City Hall as a possible location for art displays. • Council Member Lauersdorf requested that the selection process for the Public Art Program be reviewed to provide more opportunities for local artists to participate in the Program. • Mayor Pro Tem Flores recommended talking to Artes de la Rosa about serving as a possible art display location. • Mayor Parker recommended reviewing options to use underutilized space at the libraries and community centers as shared art space made available to local artists. FY2025 Unaudited General Fund Performance — Christianne Simmons, Chief Transformation Officer & Reginald Zeno, Financial Management Services Chief Financial Officer Presentation was provided by Christianne Simmons, Chief Transformation Officer, and Reginald Zeno, Financial Management Services Chief Financial Officer. 7. City Council Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports Council Member Beck requested a report on comparison with peer cities both in Texas and outside of Texas on spending for arts and cultural events and funding options used. Council Member Beck requested a report on the creation of a registration program for door-to-door salesman. Council Member Nettles requested a report on how the Fort Worth App handles uploading of photos. Council Member Nettles requested a report on hours for the Neighborhood Police Officers.
