Home My WebLink About044165-A9 - Construction-Related - Contract - Bridgefarmer & Associates, Inc.CSC No. 44165-A9 AMENDMENT No . 9 TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT No. 44165 WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth (CITY) and Bridgefarmer & Associates, Inc., (ENGINEER) made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 44165, (the CONTRACT) which was administratively authorized on the 15t day of February, 2013 in the amount of $39,300.00; and WHEREAS, the CONTRACT was subsequently revised by: Amendment Number 1 in the amount of $393,767.65 which was authorized by M&C C-26422 on September 10, 2013; Amendment Number 2 in the amount of 5131,637.20 which was authorized by M&C C-26846 on July 22, 2014; Amendment Number 3 in the amount of $39,740.00 which was administratively authorized on August 8, 2014; Amendment Number 4 in the amount of $478,620.00 which was authorized by M&C C-28035 on December 13, 2016; Amendment Number 5 in the amount of $82,436.60 which was administratively authorized on March 3, 2020; Amendment Number 6 in the amount of $29,320.00 which was authorized by M&C 21-0849 on November 9, 2021; Amendment Number 7 in the amount of $1,010.00 which was administratively authorized on August 9, 2022; Amendment Number 8 in the amount of $32,727.50 which was administratively authorized on July 22, 2024. WHEREAS, the CONTRACT involves engineering services for the following project: Parker Henderson Road Construction from Mansfield Highway to Martin Street (CPN C01419); and WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 9 to the CONTRACT to include an increased scope of work and revised fee. OBJECTIVE The objective of this contract amendment includes updating the HEC-RAS model to complete the required post-construction LOMR application for the Parker-Henderson Road project. The contract amendment also includes preparing one additional water easement for a 6" domestic water vault to serve the Willon Spring Mobile Home Park. ENGINEER shall work with regulatory authorities to obtain approval of the designs, and make changes necessary to meet their requirements, as part of the design scope. • Personnel and Vehicle Identification: When conducting site visits to the project location, the ENGINEER or any of its sub-consultants shall carry readily visible information identifying the name of the company and the company representative.
