Home My WebLink About059465-A2R3 - General - Contract - CNC Technologies, LLCCSC No. 59465-A2R3 SECOND AMENDMENT & THIRD RENEWAL TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 59465 This Second Amendment and Third Renewal to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 59465 ("Agreement") is made between CNC Technologies, LLC ("Seller") and City of Fort Worth (`Buyer"), a Texas home-rule municipal corporation through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager acting by and through its duly authorized representative, each individually referred as a"Party" and collectively as the "Parties". WHEREAS, Buyer and Seller entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 59465 beginning May 24, 2023 ("AgreemenY'); WHEREAS, the Agreement allows renewals and the Parties have agreed to extend the term for a one-year renewal term as described below. WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Buyer and Seller to amend the Agreement to replace exhibit F with updated pricing; and NOW THEREFORE, the Parties do hereby agree to the following: I. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT The following terms are hereby amended to replace any conflicting terms in the Agreement or will be added to the terms and shall be binding and enforceable as if they were originally included therein: Exhibit F in the Agreement is deleted and replaced with the attached Exhibit F. II. RENEWAL The Agreement is hereby renewed for a Third Renewal Term commencing on May 24, 2026, and ending on May 23, 2027, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Agreement. III. ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME All other provisions of Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. QFFICIAL RECORD CITY SECRETARY FT.
